Procurement law

We provide legal advice to contracting authorities in the procurement of construction services and all kinds of supplies and services according to all applicable codes of procedure (Public Procurement Regulation, Construction Tendering and Contract Regulations, part A, Regulation on the Award of Contracts in Transport, Energy Supply, Regulation on the Award of Contracts in Defence and Security and the Regulation on the Award of Concessions). We advise you in public tendering if you are a local authority or if you work in the IT, planning, project steering, transport and energy or postal industry as well as in the areas of defense and security, cleaning, construction and any other relevant industries under German and European procurement law.

If you wish to place a public order we will assist you in complicated tender processes. This includes preparing the tender, setting up an award concept and the tender documents as well as the joint selection of bidders and the legal evaluation of their respective bids up to redressing procedures before the public procurement tribunal and the senates of Higher Regional Courts.

We also provide legal support to bidders. If you choose to bid, we can assist you in preparing the bid, ensure that public procurement law is not infringed by your counterparties and file the necessary reprimands for you in the review procedures.
