Jochen Leis has been partner at M\u00f6singer Bakes Kollewe Rechtsanw\u00e4lte PartmbB since January 2018. For more than ten years, Jochen Leis has specialised in labour law. Beyond his longstanding and comprehensive experience in individual labour law cases and litigating in labour law cases he has in-depth expertise in advising business enterprises designing their employment contracts and in collective bargaining issues. Mr. Leis advises clients in questions around the co-determination right of works councils in private business enterprises and staff representations in public service to ensure regular processes and to shape out collective bargaining regulations and agreements. His regular focus of activity is collective bargaining law. He also conducts training schemes and advanced training courses and has published the labour law part of the reference book Dr. Schrammel \/ Kaiser \/ Dr. Nusser, Practical Manual [Praxishandbuch] Facility Management.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
