Dr. Thomas M\u00f6singer is partner at M\u00f6singer Bakes Kollewe Rechtsanw\u00e4lte PartmbB. He is specialised in national and European procurement law for more than ten years. His clients are federal, land and local authorities as well as contracting authorities from the transport and energy sector. Throughout Germany he conducts review procedures before public procurement tribunals and higher regional court senates on behalf of enterprises and contracting authorities in all kind of industries. Dr. M\u00f6singer was a speaker in various international development partnerships with the Federal Republic of Germany (in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Tunisia etc.). Dr. M\u00f6singer is also involved in shaping out urban development contracts in respective projects. Dr. Thomas M\u00f6singer has regularly published articles in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.) as well as various comments and legal reference books. In February 2014 the C.H. Beck edition published his \u201cPractical Manual\u201d M\u00f6singer\/Thomas, Procurement in the Defense and Security Industry [Praxishandbuch M\u00f6singer\/Thomas, Verteidigungs- und Sicherheitsvergaben]. Both WirtschaftsWoche and Handelsblatt are listing Dr. M\u00f6singer as “especially often recommended lawyer” in procurement law (issue 41\/2018).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
