Since January 2018 Marija Budimir has been an attorney-at-law at Mösinger Bakes Kollewe Rechtsanwälte PartmbB. Before she worked in public and private construction law, international contract law and procurement for various law firms in Frankfurt on the Main. For seven years already, she has specialised in trade union law. She provides legal consultation to public contracting authorities and bidders in the field of national and international procurement law. Ms. Budimir mainly focuses on contract design and implementation. She is also an expert in international private law and German-Croatian business matters.
