Jonas Kollewe is partner at Mösinger Bakes Kollewe Rechtsanwälte PartmbB. Ever since he started his career he has focused on national and international procurement law. In March 2016 he was one of the first attorneys-at-law who were awarded the title “specialised lawyer for procurement law”.
Mr. Kollewe offers legal advice to a great variety of public contracting authorities on the local, regional and federal level as well as to bidders and applicants in review procedures before public procurement tribunals and higher regional court senates. He also specialises in foreign trade law.
With his longstanding experience in major infrastructure projects he is an absolute expert in procurement concepts and steering complex procurement endeavours. Mr. Kollewe also consults architecture and engineering offices when it comes to IT planning and legal issues. He has regularly published in legal reference books and comments. Beyond that, Jonas Kollewe is a lecturer for trainings and advanced training courses.
